I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen and that was after they reschedule me to lighten the hygienist patient load. The hygienist was rather rough and didn't seem real coordinated. I don't believe she was new at this. I received 6 confirmation requests, 2 coming after I spoke with someone and complained. I scheduled an appointment in August and have already received one request for confirmation. Very frustrating and annoying. I have complained about this in the past but it keeps happening. The time was taken to explain what my needs were and what the treatments and cost would be. There were no surprises.
The dental hygienist was very good and understanding of my fears when it comes to the dentist. She made me feel quite comfortable.
