I'm twenty years old and had only been to the dentist a couple times in my life and the few experiences I had weren't great. everyone at Aspen answered all my questions and were super nice to me and my dad. Tim, the manager who helped with the insurance and financials and treatment plan, was super helpful. the day I went, they were short handed and still took time with me and were super patient. It was a great experience but i was really nervous with what dental work I'm having done. But the one thing I was pleased with is my insurance. My insurance was much better than what I expected. I just wish there were better payment options. I know $2500.00 dollars for everything I'm having done is not a lot but it really is when you only make $9.63 an hour. I will just have to take it day by day til I get it payed in full. But other than that great experience and staff. Thanks a lot!!!!!!
