Ms Arika called me to her desk at my appointment time on my first visit. She answered all my questions. She was very professional and knowledgeable. My second visit, The doctor examined me and informed me of the procedures. A cast was made at that time. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I would recommend Aspen Dental to my friends.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were courteous and professional. It was a comforting experience. The downside of my recent visit is the follow up/ follow through. I have been waiting for a call regarding my toothbrush and supplies that were suppose to be ordered because they weren't available at the time of my appointment. I would like to know if and when they are available for pickup. I did however, receive an email to contact the office to continue my treatment at a discount.
