the staff were very helpful and helped me with my toothache.
I was grateful for an expeditious appointment, however I did not come to your facility for a complete oral exam. While none of this was explained prior to the exam nor during the appointment I was a bit taken back by all the X-rays, oral exam, etc. it appeared to me that a lot of "up selling" was being done. I came specifically for a broken upper partial (which was repaired), however in the meantime, I was diagnosed with gum disease and encouraged to make costly follow up appointments. I had a great time talking with the staff while I waited and was shown all my options when scheduling follow up appointments.
Very professional and courteous staff.
A very comfortable experience. Looking forward to returning to begin my treatment plan. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain the plan. They are extremely willing to work with your schedule.
Communication needs to be improved. Other than that it is okay.
The dentist was fast and very friendly. I was not nervous once he started talking about my teeth because he made it personal not stuffy and extremely professional.
