This has been the most unprofessional experience. I decided to rent my clubhouse in union crossing and I have mailed two money orders. They only got one from the same envelope thank God it was a traceable post office money . And they were suppose to send my deposit back but the mail was undeliverable but it's the same place where you all send my bills. And now I here doing business hours and no answer at the door and nobody picking up the phone just unprofessional
My experience with Atlanta Executive Property Management has been a pleasant one to say the least. They manage one of my properties in Riverdale and I can say they have some of the best reps working there. I have had several encounters over the years with Dianne and Keshia and they are both exceptional. Very polite, good customer service, thorough in answering and solving any concerns. I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great property management company.
Unprofessional - sends out system change post marked the day before the change takes place and during a holiday weekend. Motion to consider other mgt companies will be made during next board meeting.
Ok a little background. When we first relocated to UnionCrossing the neighbors were unhappy with the lack production and service the sitting HOA was providing. There wasn’t much participation and the board wasn’t very transparent. Because of that, it galvanized the community and in the next elections, the community voted an entirely new board. This co. Doesn't enforce anything in our community. The kids here run an tear up the landscape. Houses need pressure washing along with sidewalks. They claim to purchase mulch an pinestraw that we never seen. Whats the purpose of having a co. That only takes the homeowners money, an what is it used for
