I had the great pleasure of working with Josh of The Atlanta Floor Store to update our flooring. I had my old carpet replaced with bright new hardwoods. The tech (Josh sent) perfectly matched the new wood to our existing hardwood, even though that wood was no longer was available. Like magic, the hardwood flows from room to room. The cost was reasonable, the service exceptional—you can trust Josh.
I worked with Josh 2 separate times for flooring needs in our home. Each time, Josh provided superior service, including estimates, suggestions for design, installation, and removal of product. I have worked with Josh Garfinkel twice since moving to Atlanta 7 years ago. Both times were completely positive experiences. When a time was given for either an appointment or for work to be done, that time was kept (never waiting and hoping someone would show up). The jobs were beautifully done, Josh was so professional, knowledgeable and kind, that there is no one else I’d ever hire for my flooring needs.
Josh Garfinkel, the owner, is someone you can count on. I worked with him and his team in his prior position and the product and installation was exceptional in my home. I also worked with his staff as the Chair of Trustees of a church and the attention to detail and the follow up was perfect. I would absolutely expect for Josh and his team to be exactly the same in his new store.
