I had the best possible experience with Dr. Loetscher and his staff. I had a tooth pulled and replaced with an implant. The team is so kind and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough great things about them. Everyone works together as a team with my healthy recovery as their goal. I highly recommend them and I am so very grateful.

My 22 year old daughter recently had her four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Loetscher. Her experience was much better than anticipated! She had minimal pain, hardly any swelling and no bruising. Dr. L and the nursing team were very professional and patient-oriented. Post-op instructions and medication were clearly communicated and we had an after-hours concierge number for any questions. Besides the staff being great and very welcoming and comforting….I am disappointed! I had DJS + genio from out of state here thinking i was going to the best. I expressed my concerns regarding the surgery and almost feel as if he was going to do what he wanted, not what my concerns were. I had veneers before my surgery and was told it wouldn’t be a problem and now a year later 90% of my swelling is gone and my teeth are SO slanted. I had two surgeries with Dr. Loetscher and his team for implants and a bone graft, as a part of a much larger and more complex rebuilding of my genetically deficient mouth. He worked exceptionally well with me and my other two Atlanta area doctors to create a years long comprehensive treatment plan for me, that was flawlessly executed from start to finish. Today, I have the best smile I could have possibly asked for. They are the standard for first class dental care.

We really wanted to be able to recommend this office because the staff was lovely, but unfortunately, my daughter's wisdom teeth surgery was disappointing. After the surgery, she was feeling around and felt that part of her back molar's filling had come off. Her regular dentist was able to replace it quickly but mentioned that the filling came off because a piece of her molar had actually been chipped. Things happen, but maybe slow down and take a little more time during the procedure to avoid these kinds of mishaps.
