Nice place to stay but staff was very rude i had to call for a blanket n sheets for my couch bed three times and when i finally walk down for one she was rude saying they couldn’t give me one when one was suppose to come in the room for one , ask for extra tissue and they didn’t want to give me none either she said they don’t give things to customers who was staying just for the weekend when tissue is something you need.

I don’t like the bed it like sleeping on rocks and you don’t get the bed you put in for. I was so ready to go back home because my back was hurting so bad. I wouldn’t tell anyone to stay there because when we try to ask questions they had a nasty attitude. When I went on line we put in for a king and got there and got a queen. I never want to stay there again

My stay at the Atlantica Resort was not a pleasant one. Upon check in the CSR attempted to charge me a different amount other than the the amount quoted by Expedia as a balance due. The CSR, wasn't unable to find the correct amount in her system, but did honor the Expedia price after taking a look at my receipt. The suite I rented was located on the 6th floor of the North Tower. I give this property maybe a 2 star rating. Not enough linens forbthe amount of people and when asked would not provide any extra. 7 people had to use 4 towels and 3 wash clothes. No blankets or extra pillows. Was told that the staff had left at 5:00 pm and they could not provide what was needed. Very disappointing for the amount of money paid. Tile Floors were not clean and carpet was dirty as well. Was not satisfied at all!

I was put in a room on the bottom floor the balcony was definitely not private and I could hear people in and out all night which made it hard to sleep. I didn’t have linens for the pullout bed when I arrived the next day I asked for a blanket they sent sheets but no blanket. I will not be staying at this hotel again. And the surprise fees was not expected. Very disappointing. My beds were supposed to be queens but were doubles.

Scam This is one of the worst hotels. They have bed bugs not clean at all. Front desk is rude and racist. They will try to blame you for damage to their outdate hotel in order to keep your deposit. Please be aware of their scam

Was little to like honestly. Yes room was clean but have to wait until 4 to check in ok but they close front desk at 5 and you have to figure out how to get into lock box to get you key code then come back down next day before 12 to check in. The their is no maid service so you have to ask for more towels and exchange them as well as take your own garbage down each day. None of this is listed on the listing for the place so pretty crappy management in my opinion and I am easy to please.

We liked the kiddie pool and access to bathrooms when needed from the outside. The room was extremely noisy to get a good nights sleep. The outside traffic and the layout of the room was not designed properly to accommodate vacationers needing rest. The security code was changed and there was no notification, so, when returning to the resort, we were unable to enter the resort. The front desk clerk was the rudest I have EVER encountered.
