Beyond gross Gross, dirty, over priced, uncomfortable, bugs, no pool towels, had to wear shoes inside it was so dirty. Slum!!! 2600 for 4 nights!! Could not wait to get out the door everyday.
Nothing was that great. It was cheaper than most of the other hotels close.
Overall we had OK experience. Our condo was on the first floor and was really old and dirty. There were food on the floor and carpet was so dirty. Condos don’t get room service, so there are additional charge to get it clean. No one from the staff was available on Sunday, so the pool didn’t get clean.. Even though it was a Memorial Day weekend, which they considered peak time...
This experience was my 1st and last with this resort. The check in process, unclean rooms, and the need for an exterminator was enough for me to not book here again.
It being on the beach. No staff at all after 5 so that sucks. I didn’t like the drunk staff that locked my family (3 yo daughter as well) in the indoor pool room and had to scream for help. Thought I was going to have to call 911 or bust a window out to get out. Once someone came in the next morning I was able to speak to management and they apologized and said the worker would be fired. Did not offer to reimburse me or a free night or anything.
