I made a reservation and spoke with the front desk two times and explained that i had a party of 8 ladies and when arrival we had no pillows, blanket or towels for the 8 of us. Spoke with the front desk several times about our concerns and was told that housekeeping would take care of it. The room was dirty as if the floor was never swept at all. We slept with only a thin sheet and no pillows for two nights.
Room had an offensive odor furniture dirty entry door and hallway in poor condition
I didn’t like the Condo. Had to get cleaning products and clean it myself. I talked to staff and they really didn’t help with the situation.
Did have no work refrigerator all my food went to bad .I want a full refund. NEVER WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN AND EXPEDIA SOULD REFUND FOR PUTTING ME IN THAT THE WORST BDAY EVER. HAVEN'T BEEN ANYWHERE IN 2YR BECAUSE OF COVID
The view from the room was amazing and the size of the room was great. The room itself was dirty, hair from prior guests, roaches, old worn down furniture and the beds in the 2nd bedroom were inaccurate per the booking. The unit needs a major upgrade. The staff did comp one night stay because there were no other units of the same size available.
We had 4 adults in a two bedroom room only 1 roll of toilet paper was told hotel doesn’t furnish it. Two small facial bars of soap for a 5 day stay. Tub didn’t drain one shower 4” of water in the tub while showering. Indoor heated pool was not in service our whole stay. Refrigerator was not plugged in when we got to our room and being off and closed up tight it smelled horrible. Dirty beds The beds were dirty and had hair on them. When I called the emergency number provided they simply said no one is there to help you until 9 am. No employees on premises after 5 pm. You check yourself in. Will not be returning
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Upon entering our hotel we had mold on the ceiling as well as underneath the kitchen sink. The carpet looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in 20 years. The walls were dirty and the beds weren’t even clean enough . My family and I were very disappointed considering the fact what they are charging to stay. It is not worth the money.
