I had a very terrible experience with this hotel, I recommend you check your reservation the day before your trip so that you do not have a bad moment that they have sold your room to someone else.
If you’re considering booking here, DONT. Giant roaches and baby roaches EVERYWHERE. Room was not clean. Power went out and the internet was spotty. I work remotely and couldn’t log into work from here even though I called to ensure wifi would be provided !!!! Front desk is only open 9-5 so when the power went out for over an hour nothing could even be addressed.
Check in said 4:00. Could not get into the room till 6:00. No blanket or pillow for the pull down bed. Their was Trash left in the room. Shower was clogged. No chairs on the balcony. Will not stay their again!!
The lady at the front desk was very rude and did not honor the room request we selected online and paid a deposit for. The room was disgusting and dirty. We ended up staying in another hotel because of how bad this one was.
It was a very nasty place. Floors were dirty, old food from past occupants was still in the refrigerator when we checked in. Did not get any type of room service while there. No fresh towels. was expected to take out our own trash. Bed sheets had spots on them. The murphy bed in the wall was disgusting and bad brown spots all over the bottom mattress. I will never return to this place. If someone would have been at the front desk after check in, I would have asked for a refund because it was so nasty.
