Never again We checked in and room that was listed to have a balcony had none. Bugs on the floor and water leak on kitchen sink that extended to bathroom. We did NOT STAY at this facility and had a difficult time attempting to connect with you or anyone at the hotel to discuss the matter. I expect to be refunded the money from this fiasco per your terms and conditions
Location is good. Service and general hotel conditions were bad.

Locals can not rent here. I was very upset after booking and going to check in only to find out i can’t stay there
Pool area was completely closed while other hotels had theirs open with no indication on the site. That also caused having to go out the front door and around the building to get to the ocean. Also prevented anyone from washing the sand off their feet since that was in the pool area. Never Again! My stay was terrible! Hotel was smelly and outdated. The room i booked on Hotels.com was bot the room I received at checkin. Some of my family members had to sleep on the floor for the weekend. I was very upset that my room was given away. I will never book here again!
Beds were wrong size, place was filthy and smelled. When I changed hotels, the place still charged me for the first night and didn’t reimburse me. This place only manages the units available so there’s no telling what your room will look like. My advice... go somewhere else. Expedia should not be using this place, true disappointment for my family vacation.
Room was not ready! Absolutely no toiletries posing to be a challenge for our kids who endured a 11 hour drive. The toilet kept clogging. The shower head pressure was low barely water came out. The pool was close other hotels next door pool was open .
