I got overcharged for the resort fee. Not what Expedia mention on my receipt. Showed the receptionist and stated that Expedia always does this with no help. I got a queen size bed instead of what I requested. I was supposed to get a king size bed. I didn’t bother arguing for it. So i didn’t mention since they didn’t help with the first issue. Is unusual since is not the first time that my family and I stay there.
Look at other resorts first Beds not provided what I rented managers didn't help with no options not willing to assist in anyway. Room had big cockroaches, it smelled, no housekeeping provided even though lots of other resorts were providing service as well as pools. parking was not at resort had to park not across the street but further down.
The only good thing is the location the hotel is horrible and dirty
After receiving confirmation of our reservation we left for the 14 hour drive. We received a voicemail from the hotel stating that since we would be arriving "after hours" our key would be in the outside lock box and were given the code and directions for said lock box. When we arrived at 4:30 AM and our key was NOT in the box we called the emergency number only to be told that our reservation had been canceled, with NO phone call or notification because there was an issue with the payment that was processed through expedia.... read more
After driving for over 8 hours , I was informed the pool was closed. I feel I should have been notified the pool had been closed. Instead of waiting until checking in then giving option to cancel. The whole Room was dirty,including bathrooms, kitchen, there was hole in wall & lamp shade, was damaged. The bed sheet had blood on it pillows were stained and no pillowcase on them, there was no cover for pull out bed. Coackrach-capades My Wife disinfected the place because of Covid. This caused a cockroach to run out. So big that when I hit it it splattered over half the living room but kept going. We left immediately. Still waiting on my refund.
