Nightmare stay This was a he worst stay i have ever had . We had to supply our own toilet paper trash bags had to wash our own towels they didnt clean our room at all. Broken glass in the room kids got cut. Washing machine only filled 6 inches both bath tubs didnt drain.. no pool even though all the hotels around us was open and icing on the cake was we was charged $215.00 for cleaning tge room that we let cleaner than we got it..
Worst stay ever There is no manager on duty after 6pm,it was senior week all the kids were fighting and drinking smoking pot,the pools were closed and filthy,the maintenance man locked the gate to the beach access so you had to walk all the way around the building to get to the beach,it was a free for all,no rules what so ever!!!horrible
Paid resort fee at check in. No pool.no cleaning service due to covid 19.why pay if can't utilize those services. $158 fee charged to my credit card 1 week after checkout. Called and emailed with no explanation. Disputed fee with my CC company
Toxic Resort When we arrive to check in Sunday night there was no one to be found in the office. There was a man inside complaining that his room had not been claimed that day and another man looking angry with his arms crossed that was a sign. While waiting to check in we saw a pool closed sign. We immediately asked about the pools and we're told that they were closed due to the fact they were green and full of trash. Not your typical modern stay The property was nothing like the photos. This is a very older model hotel. I did have a a lot of issues the hotel did take care of my resort fees for the issue but I’ll never book here again
Roach infestation Let me put it this way. Very nasty my feet walking around were black had to wear socks, but the absolute worse was the roach infestation and I reported it to 3 different people with no one coming to check or do anything about it. I wanted to stay at a different hotel but was told I would still be charged. I am reporting them to the health dept. and who ever else I can.
The blow dryer in the room didn’t work I told the front desk and she said she would send someone up to fix it and that never happened . I only got that hotel for the pool as they were advertised that their pools were open , get there and their pools are not open .
