Pools closed, no maid services, had to provide our own toilet paper, no shower to wash sand off... huge disappointment and I’m not hard to please
Disappointing stay I was told I would be called when my room was ready because it wasn’t ready when we arrived. No one called me. I called asking about to see if it was ready and was told it was. The elevator is so slow and there are not enough to accommodate all the guests. The room smelled like cat pee and the carpet was all tore up. There was no tv channel line up. Didn't get to check IN til after 6pm!! room was still dirty, hair on the sheets and tub/sink was sandy. The elevator stunk so bad too. There wasn't any cooking skillets, plates were dirty. 2nd TV wasn't working along with the remote. The only thing I enjoyed was the balcony, I'll never stay in these condos again. Ended up checking out early because this stay was terrible.
never stay there again it was not good.we didnt get k towels or linen every day. there was something baging outside of the room like something blowing with the wind.tv wasn't that great.didnt have anything in the room about what channel was what station this wasnt our first trip staying there but it will be our last it was our third never again
Nothing was as it was supposed to be. It needed a lot of improvement and it was just not good at all. I would pick it again.
Know service for the second day at all know clean sheet r fresh towers nothing at at.
