Nasty hateful people sorry service room stinks and water dripping from the roof
Mucho cuidado. Fraude No les recomiendo para nada este hotel. Es un hotel muy sucio me dieron una habitación nada que ver con las fotos que muestran, en toda mi estancia nunca hicieron. Limpieza en el cuarto la verdad es un hotel muy asqueroso, viejo. Pedí unas sábanas extras y no tenian. La verdad es in fraude.
I paid 800 usd for 4 night, the price is not even worth it, this place is a piece of crap, no one come to clean our room in for days, not even towels!no hot water in the shower. The pool looks like 100 years old, no WiFi , no amenities, no nothing. Expedía you part of this stupid hotel, I spent my money and time at a place that is not good at all.
Loved the beaches, but the hotel itself could be cleaner
Not my cup of tea Went for a getaway with my husband and it was in a great location within walking distance to many amenities. Shopping, eating, the beach were all we were looking for and this provided that. The hotel room was disgusting. The sheets and comforter were stained. We could see some sort of splashings on the head board. The room was not ready until after 5, while check in was at 4! So, we went to dinner while we waited for our room. I feel for the price it was not worth it at all. The rooms were very run down and small and it smelled badly.
