It is not what they advertise. Our booking was fir two kings size beds on antwo besroom delux condo, but no of the condos have them. They charged us more for less.

Ooo-ooo that SMELL Broken window shade for double sliding glass door. One of 8 panels completely gone. That’s a big chunk when trying to have some privacy or blocking morning sun. THE SMELL WAS THE WORST! It was awful walking into the room every time. Seemed to get worse as the week went on. There was a vacuum in the room which would have been nice to pick up sand that inevitably works it’s way into the room. Except the vacuum didn’t pick up anything. Everything was outdated the room was from 1980. The room needed to be clean more I was waiting for a roach or bed bug. I asked for my money back and the manager gave me an upgraded room that was not much better. The only reason we stayed is because we couldn’t not find another room for that night.

We checked in. At first the staff was nice-ish, they didn’t seem too happy about helping us. They then gave us the wrong room. The room was dirty, everything was on the floor, the pillows, the blankets, the couch cushions, everything. We went back down and ended up asked for a refund because it was just awful. The ladies up front were extremely rude after we told them kindly what had happened so yeah we left and we won’t be returning again.

Atlantica review this place was terrible. It was also not what you advertised. It was supposed to be 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. this room had 2 full beds and a murphy bed. The window facing the ocean had toilet paper stuffed in the cracks of the window joints and the room had a toothbrush stuck in the ceiling to keep a ceiling tile from rattling. We refused to stay and left. Lost my deposit to hotels.com so I will not be using your site again.

Good location but lacking in amenities Dirty, old, and dated. Amenities are non-existent. It is very lackluster for the price they ask. Smokers everywhere with no staff policing it. Elevators were broken for most of our stay and there were cockroaches in the hall the entire stay.

Worst experience ever and I’m not too picky! Place was gross and grimy!! had to where shoes at all times! Looks NOTHING like the pictures..cockroaches! 2inches big and we were on 12th floor. Nasty is an understatement. Sofas smelled, stains on mattresses, no hair dryer, remote didn’t work, fridge wasn’t working and the lady at desk was nasty with me because my husband wouldn’t let maintenance come in to fix it at 9:45 at night! the worst ever It was the worst stay ever the room was by the entrance and you could not get any sleep for the in and out, the was said to have a balcony and it had a stairway no balcony whatsoever the room smelled bad and had bugs, they ask you to pay a 44$ nonrefundable cleaning fee and I never seen housekeeping not once no towel new sheets nothing I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
