Please call me or send me paper work so I can tell you about them. We had a fight on the phone since 2pm on my way to the hotel. They said YOU Lied to us about the room. I was to have 2 room with queen size bed in them. I got 2 rooms one with Queen and one with twins beds in it.This was for two couples. Had room service and all they did was empty the trash and took the dirty towels leaving clean on beds. I have photos so let me know where I can send them to you. very UPSET

Property in a great location would be only positive. Booked a 2bedroom condo based off the picture should have been 1king sized bed in one bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom. Ended up getting one queen bed per bedroom. The hotel wasn't accomadating at all just shifted blame to expedia instead of rectifying the issue. The pools were great. The beds were supposed to have been queen size but they were standard and slept horrible. When we returned from an outing, our door was ajar, not closed tightly, not locked!!!
Horrible vacation Atlantica don’t care about you It was horrible any decent place that had someone in a room with broken air and then when they switched there room and made them wait outside for 5 hours while they claim they was cleaning it should offer a refund or another 3 night stay in a room that was up to par the air was broken the beds was the wrong size the floor was sticky I was so hot for 3 days I went and bought fans to put in the room the air wouldn’t shut off it just kept blowing heat out it was horrible
This was by far the worst stay experience ever had. Started with room not being avail to check in until 5:30, then had more fees to be paid. Get to room and its still under renovation. Had to sweep the floors, Then find out its not even the room that was booked an paid for. I booked a 2br king deluxe an got put into a queen, no extra blankets or anything avail. Room was infested with roaches. Overall worst experience ever
ATLANTICA RESORT THEVIES / SCAM This had to have been 1 of the worst hotels I visited. The customer service is awful. We made our booking through hotels. Com once we arrived the price they were charging was 2times the price we made reservations for online. Then this young girl who worked there with reddish orange hair had the never to tell us if we give her cash they cannot give us change back because they don't have a cash draw. To say this was a disappointment would be an understatement. The room I saw online was nothing like the room we got. We drove 980 miles from Massachusetts to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were put in the North tower. I had no idea that there was a building separate from the main building. Our condo had unclean floors, stained furniture, holes in the walls, etc. The hallways were disgusting as well.
