The desk clerk where rude and didnt care about making things right. Charged for amenities that where advertised as free. Very dissapointed, will not return.
The property location is great, and fabulous views of the beach, if you look past the hidious 1970's floral curtains. The only elevator was somewhat scary with all the extra noises and jerking stops and we were on the 10th floor. The room itself was dirty. There were hairs in the bathroom, and in the shower, the baseboards were disgusting and hadn't been dusted in years. There was mold around the AC vent and the plaster was falling off the ceiling. Apparently this hotel is two separate hotels. About a block apart. This is very inconvenient when you want to use the indoor pool or other amenities at the main hotel. Especially in the winter. No one wants to walk a block wet from swimming in February. The lady at the desk said “you can use the outside pool if you like”...... really it’s February??!!! So rude!
Bugs First room had roaches all thru the kitchen, no manager on duty to issue refund.
It had roaches n the place was dirty. N the i got lock out my room
Just filthy Got there to check in around 7! The King I reserved was dirty! Wet towels everywhere! Bed not sanitary sheets were on floor as if nobody even checked it after others checked out! Eye lashes in my kids bath tub! I don’t think I’ll be staying here ever again!
