Stay away Room was filthy. When reported to receptionist she said cleaning fee would be reimbursed. It was not. Someone came and cleaned room. I cleaned even more. Was not reimbursed for security deposit. The place is disgusting.

First, the room in the picture is not the room you actually get. I specifically wanted solid surface floors due to allergies. The room we were assigned, was much smaller, older, smaller balcony, with older appliances, very limited kitchen supplies. Next, the location was in an area where there is construction so there are lots of construction workers around and staying in the hotel. Construction going on which we were not told about at booking. Did not get the room we paid for.... ice maker didnt work...kitchen was poorly equipped ( 1 dinner knife ) for example., furniture was old dirty and very uncomfortable. Worst of all was the roaches crawling on the counters at night...would never stay there again and certainly would not recommend to anyone.

Room supposed to have a coffee maker it did not. Asked 3 or 4 times never got one. No one there when we checked in was not told which building we we're in or where to park. Almost tore the bottom out of our Jeep trying to find some where.

Not what I expected My was very disappointing and upsetting. I stayed in the main building 2 years ago and my condo was wonderful. Book another condo this year and they put me in annex building and it was nothing like the main building. Room was small furniture outdated and to top it off we didn't have any hot water. I actually proposed to my fiancee in the first room and we were expecting one similar and this one wasn't. Book the same type of room but didn't what we were looking for. We left a night early . Rooms = Old, Small, and Dirty Outside looks cool and modern, inside is terrible. Rooms are old and need updating. One room we looked at was dirty, complete with a used washcloth and pubic hairs left in the shower. I do NOT recommend.

The best thing about Atlantica Resort is that it's an oceanfront property. However, unfortunately, staff and management don't enforce the smoke-free policy even after I reported separate incidents of our neighbors smoking. When traveling, I always search for smoke-free properties for health related reasons. Unfortunately, this property does not enforce the smoke-free policy that they clearly advertise.
