Carpet in hallways torn and trip hazard . Room had holes in walls. Cleaning people left door unlocked when finished. Was thankful nothing was stolen in room. Lock on door was messed up. Told staff about problems and they acted like they didnt care. Parking area was quite far from hotel. Room was dirty. Indoor pool was closed for two days because of needing cleaning and not property maintained. Not a pleasant stay at all.
Myrtle beach getaway
Emplacement de choix avec de belles piscines. La vue sur la Mer est super et le stationnement relativement proche et gratuit. A seulement de 5 à 10 min à pied du centre où tout se passe le soir. Maintenant, le studio à deux chambres que nous avions pris était sale. Les bains, draps, tapis, vaisselle, tables et comptoirs... le ménage est complètement bâclé. Aucun service en 4 nuits. Nous avons jamais vu une chose pareil. C’est bien dommage, l’hôtel est en mode survie.
We booked our room for a balcony (since we have small children) and the room we had went straight out to the pool and smelled bad, so we were moved to another room in the other building. It smelled too and we found roaches and the floors were so dirty our feet were black from walking around. So we get moved once again to another room. This room was clean and smelled good and was in good shape. But everyone we came in contact with had some sort of problem with this place. First of all, please note that there are 3 buildings. The main building is tower 2 and tower 3. We stayed in Tower 1, which was A walk away from tower 2 and 3. Towere 2 amd 3 has all of the main amenities. We stayed in the Pent House in Tower 1. And it was inconvenient because there is not a rest room on the main floor and there was only one elevator to service 14 floors!!! If you go swimming but need to run in to use the rest room....you must go to your hotel room or wlk across the way to tower 2 / . RIDICULOUS!
