This was the dirtiest place I have ever seen.l. Wish I could share more photos of it. We arrived at 8:00 pm and was told that last guest had just checked out. They would need 30 minutes to turn it over and someone wss working on it. After waiting 2 hours we had enough and went to see this unit. House keeping was still in room which looked like a crime scene. No availabity any other local hotels,we traveled 1-1/2 hours to find accomodations. The Hotel location is great, but that is all. We paid extra for an additional person. I requested a roll out bed when I placed my reservation, but upon arrival was told they don't have any. I also messaged the hotel 7 days before my stay and requested one of the rooms with a double bed and also stated i was willing to pay any additional fees. i never got any response back. Facilities are in need of general maintenance and a thorough cleaning. Found hair in tub drain.
Horrible I take the same vacation every year and this is the 1st of the worst. From the time we arrived everything was not in order and also was non professional. The manager was not as professional as I would have hoped for In could not assist me properly with my issues. My over all a experience was not a satisfaction I will not recommend the stay at this hotel in I will never come back to this hotel
Cleanliness not up to par Room was not very clean and the bed was not comfortable.
THEY DON'T SWEEP OR FIX THE BEDS. THE MURPHY BED IN OUR CONDO WAS BROKEN. THE ONLY CLEANING DONE IS TO PICKUP GARBAGE BAGS FROM ROOMS.
Loved the view and right on the ocean The room was very comfortable, beautiful view, if I stayed longer I would of cooked more and enjoyed the pool
disgusting, with a capital D The room was disgusting, with a capital D. One bed was missing sheets. The front desk insisted that we come to the front desk at the main building to get the sheets. Oh and they didn't have any pillows to offer for our extra bed. The main building was a half block down. The parking lot was a half block away. I can't believe the price for this filth hole. Plus they charged us a $57 club fee upon check in and tried to charge us a $100 deposit.
Poor staff, poor conditions. The hotel had no check in staff. The parking arrival was a free for all at best. We were placed in a separate building with no amenities such as hot tub or indoor pool, dvd rental as advertised. Yes we could of walked outside 75 yards to get these at the main building but hard at night with a 19 year old. Our room smelled like urine.
