AVOID ! BEWARE! Avoid al all costs. It was dirty. Manage had to refund my cleaning deposit because of hair in beds and sink. Toe nails on floor. Garbage on floor. Items left from previous stay. Asked for new bedding and don't get it until 2 days later. Asked for tissue and after 3 hours I had to walk a to main building and get it myself. Horrible No towels.. linen or comforter for the extra beds. The room was super small and not the condo I paid for.
- great location, right on the beach - kitchen not well equipped at all -- only 1 fork (took 3 phone calls + 3 visits to front desk to get additional cutlery), no kettle, no cereal bowls, 1 fry pan, 1 dutch oven, no dish rack - only 1 TV (and a tiny one at that) although 2 were listed on website; took 3 days to get TV in bedroom - no broom/dustpan; floors were dirty; rug was not vacuumed once during 8 day stay - couch and chair were dirty and stained - table and chairs although were new, legs almost falling off - overall web... read more
Staff was nice,,,but,,,,,,,,, Close to the beach, the room was dirty, the floor was sticky and the room stunk of bug spray and chemicals, the room was nothing like the picture on the web!!!! Very dark and very limited cable channels. Would not stay here again!!!!!
Very Bad Hotel Rooms was nothing like described, no rags or towels in the room had to go buy my own. Over charged my bank card then gave me the run around just to get a refund or what was charge & it still wasn’t the full amount!! Never again will I stay there!
Very bad The reception very offhand and take more than 30 minutes to check in . Hallway and elevator was smell very reek, the apartment unclean very well.
Bed bugs I'm was in a room that had bed bugs. I know they are not a sign of uncleanliness but the blood stains they leave are fairly obvious. Now I am home and having to deal with them here. Won't ever stay again.
I'd think twice... Off season Myrtle Beach is peaceful, but problematic. This hotel highlights that. Barebones staffing forced many people checking in to wait up to an hour in the lobby for someone to return. The pool area was nice until you walk in on a couple fornicating in the hot-tub (no lie). The room I was given was wrong, (2 dbl beds instead of 1 king), but I didn't want to have to wait another 40 minutes to talk with anyone. Wifi was worthless... and roaches coming out of the dishwasher cracks... it was just a mess. ... read more
Location is good and nice size of room The price was different when i check in the hotel. I told them price show at the expedia and price at the hotel is different but he seems ignored what i said. Room was not clean and no soap, tissues and towels one of room.
