Technician was early, thoroughly explained everything (no surprises). Left the parts explained the warranty, was very courteous and left his number if I had any problems

I forgot the name of the person who helped us but he should definitely b promoted! Really chilled n fixed my major issue so smartly ....something we assumed would require making hole in the wall ...he didn't ..and still fixed it! Was super courteous, knowledgeable, fix it man!
