Neutral Outlook
I have been working at Atrium Medical Center full-time (More than a year)
-learn a lot about different departments
- holiday/weekend schedules are
planned out for the entire year
-great team of ladies to work with
-no set work schedule or location
-off site employees don't get as much support or opportunities to participate in employee engagement activities offered at the main campus.
-high turnover rate
-lower starting pay than area hospitals
Advice to Management
No complaints really...they pretty much stay out of sight, out of mind
