Unimpressed by the sales experience. After talking with Ryan in the store, he measured my condo to provide a quote. He then went silent and I received no further communication. I stopped in the store two times after that - Ryan wasn't working but the person working told me should pass along the message and have Ryan contact me. Nothing after that. After being ghosted by the quote/sales experience, I have gone elsewhere to have my flooring replaced.
We had them install LVP through our whole house, do the kitchen backsplash, and re-carpet our staircase. I wouldn’t use them again. Their products are ok, not great but not low quality either. Their LVP install was bad. They didn’t do any underlayment anywhere. It echoes all over our first and second floors and there are air pockets and creaking planks everywhere in each room, they should have done an underlayment. Besides their quality of product and comparable pricing, Ryan and Dale's customer service can not be beat!!!! They have been hero's throughout our renovation. When our contractor fell through, they connected us with our current one! They are responsive and wonderful with everything they do! We went with the dustless tile removal, worth every penny!!! My house was less dusty when they left then before they came in.
We put tile on our back porch in November. (It is tile that looks exactly like wood.) We were completely thrilled with the result! It looks even better than we had anticipated. Ryan was great to work with. He was happy to help find ways we trim costs and flexible with our schedule, too. His crew completed the job in 2 days. Highly recommend!
I had AFF South install ~1400 sqft of hardwood flooring + baseboards in April '22. I spoke with 5+ different flooring companies and went with AFF South because they were able to quickly find the product I was looking for when other companies weren't able to. Product variation was one of my main concerns and they ordered a full box so I could get a better sense of exactly what to expect. Victor was the TL of the install crew.
