Had the opportunity to explore refinancing my car with AutoPay. I worked with representative ****** who was VERY knowledgeable, forthcoming, and explained my choices clearly in order to make an informed decision. We discussed my goals and he came up with a very good plan that I was comfortable with. I did end up going with an alternate financial institution for my refinance, as their terms were slightly better - but will consider working with AutoPay on future purchases because of this wonderful experience.

They are a good company and work very fast. I highly recommend them to anyone that's trying to refinance with not the best credit score but if you have a car loan and your credit was not the best and you have a high interest rate they will do there best to get you approved with a lender with a lower interest rate, my opinion is give them a try. I only had my car loan for 3 months and they lowered my payment and interest rate where normally that takes 6 months to a year to do if that even works. Most high interest loans will ... read more
