I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother is staying in Autumn View Health Care Facility because she needs full care. It's a nice place. She has been there for six or seven months now. They're just very friendly people and it's a very clean facility and that's what I kind of look for. I just think it's a very clean, well-run, home. I visited this facility Autumn View Health Care Facility was a nice facility. You can go there for rehabilitation and nursing care. The rooms were nice and everybody I met was pleasant.
They were very nice people, the staff is helpful and no one seemed crabby. They were a pleasure to be around

They were all fantastic, I had no problems. All the food was good. I was referred here by a family member, and if I were to go back to place, that's where I would want to be.

I like that it's clean, and I thought that the nurses were outstanding. I'm not a picky eater, and I can get by with whatever. They had alternate choices of meals if you asked. The portions were fine. There were people that came in to talk with me regularly about the social workers, discharge planning, and recreation.

I got excellent care, everyone was very nice. I didn't have any bad experience with anybody. The two women that helped me with rehab were wonderful.
