RecommendedI had an issue with an area of newly installed carpet. I delt with an AVALON rep named Vinny, he is a man of his word not only did he replace the area with the problem he replaced the livingroom he also replaced the hall and my son's bedroom. It was all the same carpet and he wanted to make sure there was no color differences. All the AVALON reps were professional and curtious. I have 3 more rooms to do and I am going to and I would highly recommend AVALON FLOORING. Dick Mattson
