Love it Here I’ve been here since 2019 and have enjoyed the living space! The management has been transparent about any issue i’ve had. It is very much family friendly and zoned to some amazing schools. Let’s not forget the fun events the staff hosts from time to time. Overall i love it!

Living at Avenues I like living there. My complaint will always and forever be I hate that I have carpet. I wish I could pay to get rid of it. My neighbors are also loud but that cant be controlled by the staff. Other than that I haven’t had many issues.
The best place to live as a family, we have been here for 7 years and we have always had a great maintenance service, we love the pool and all its amenities. Bethany is a great person and she does a great job with everyone in the office. ❤️
