If it were possible to do zero stars I would have!!! This company has TERRIBLE customer service!! They do not stand behind or guarantee their work!! They were chosen by my insurance company Allstate insurance which I also have no faith in to do my repair work after my washer failed and I had a flood. I told them I want the same finish that was on my floor before they said OK oil based polyurethane several coats I was out of my house for about three days. Terry had great design ideas; however, once they sub out the installation, they are hands-off. Our job took months to complete when we were told two weeks until completion. We were told that “they installed what we picked out” when sections of grout were missing. The wood floor we choose was not what was delivered, as the salesman substituted something similar to what he thought we liked before our first choice was unavailable.
