Dr Lounsberry and staff are wonderful. Very compassionate and very willing to help any situation that concerns my teeth. After being messed up at another dentist Dr. Lounsberry came up with a plan to rectify my bad work from another dentist. He is very patient and takes his time to do a perfect job. Love this practice!!

I have been going to see Dr. Lounsberry for approximately 40 years! I started with him at Longhorn Dental and then followed him to his private practice. I have always been thoroughly pleased with all my dental work I have received there. Many people will say - I hate to go to the dentist - not me - I enjoy going to the dentist. The services they provide are exceptional and everyone that works there are like family. I am grateful for Balcones Family Dental. Thank you for taking good care of me!!
I have been going to Dr. Lounsberry since 1986, and have followed him to 3 locations. He puts me at ease by explaining everything in his calm, friendly and professional manner. I know that he keeps updated on everything in his field and can speak with knowledge. He is exactly the kind of dentist everyone should be privileged to see.
I highly recommend Balcones Family Dental. I have been going here for over a year now and have been very pleased. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been seen by both doctors, Dr. Maddox and Dr. Longsberry, they are incredible. If you, your family or friends are looking for a dentist I would definitely give them a call.
This was my first visit to Balcones Family Dental and I was extremely pleased! Not only was the staff very friendly but they were very genuine in their concern for the health of my teeth. At no time did I feel misinformed or confused about what was going on and feel very confident in their ability to bring the best results for my dental problems!! I am so glad I found this outstanding group!!
Dr Maddox and the whole staff are professional, friendly and work closely to appointment times. Casey is great on my cleanings (thorough without being rough) and encourages me to take better care of my gums in a helpful way without being annoying or preachy. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist till now (and I'm my 50's).
As always, my experience today was fantastic. Casey did a great job on my 6month cleaning. See y'all again in 6 months!
