Balcones Family Dental is just the BEST!! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I have been a Patient there for 11 years. They take great care of my teeth and and general oral health. I go twice a year for cleaning and exam. Over the years I have had a couple of dental issues (need of crown etc..) and in every case the process was efficient and pain free. Balconies Family Dental is the best dental practice I've ever been to and I am 75 years old. Casey, Hygienist is spectacular; kind, gental, knowledgeable and just plain the best. Office staff professional and competent and makes you feel welcome and secure. Dr. Lounsberry is fantastic and trust his recommendations. I feel so comfortable and confident with this great new find. The entire staff here is fantastic! After finding this gem of a practice years ago, both my daughter and I have had nothing less than great experience and service. The knowledge, experience, and how both providers engage their patients making sure questions are answered, and well cared for is top-notch. From the time you first interact with them you are treated like family and it's nice to be remembered and also know that you are getting the best care all in one place. Thank you ALL!
I’ve been dentist shopping for awhile and this was by far my best experience in a dentist office. They use cool tech yet keep a family/local business atmosphere. Dr. Maddox was professional and gave his honest opinion (it was easy to understand my teeth health diagnosis, and no upselling) He and Casey took the time to get to know me as a new patient. I highly recommend Balcones Family Dental over any corporate dental chains.
