I’ve had Bao’d Up before inside the Austin FC stadium and was pleasantly surprised. I decided to try their noodle bowl and I wasn’t thrilled about it. I got 2 slices of pork belly which didn’t look like the picture provided, the two slices were like night and day— one was extremely fatty and moist with maybe a 1/8” of actual meat on it and the other was super crispy and dry. Good food, but they sent pork instead of tofu (I am vegetarian) and left off the salad, so I didn't have much to eat!
