Shortly after posting my initial review, I was contacted by Dr. Bassin's office and was scheduled an appointment. Today, July 12th I was examined by Dr. Bassin. We also discussed our concerns regarding my Aqua lipo and how to achieve better results. He was very friendly, attentive and professional. After consulting with Dr. Bassin, I recently had the SmartXide Dot laser resurfacing on my face. It's been 16 days and I am absolutely delighted. The healing process took about 12 days for me, because I had the deeper resurfacing. My husband, family and friends are amazed. The dermatologist did my procedure, and she was wonderful. Absolutely outstanding experience. Dr Bassin himself was an incredible doctor with an amazing amount of knowledge. All the office staff were true advocates for the brand, physicians and the patients. The day of the op they sent a limousine to pick us up, wait for us and then drop us back home again - wow. The post-op appointment was smooth, quick and informative in their beautiful new offices. My experience with Dr. Bassin and his staff was wonderful. I am so very pleased with the results of my mini face lift. I had minimal bruising and swelling. I recommend Dr. Bassin as a wonderful surgeon.
I had a mini face lift. Everyone was excellent, patient care was wonderful everyone was very helpful and worked with me with appointments considering I was from out of state.
