Salesman explained everything, when he came to my home for estimate . Mechanic did fine job and clean up after work was completed . He was polite and professional.

The salesman was great, explained all my choices and helped me decide which would look best i my bathroom. Installation was fast. The shower is absolutely gorgeous, it's one of the best purchases I've made in my lifetime. Every time I go into the bathroom and look at the shower, I'm happy, and when guests come over I show it off to them.

I had 2 bathrooms done. My installer was Kevin. He did a great job! He was neat, polite and efficient. I was surprised he did everything by himself! I love both bathrooms. Thank you!

Dave, the sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and personable. He went over everything a few times to make sure I understood everything. I had to contact customer service a couple of times for some minor adjustments, but the staff, Kim, Carol, and Rosie were very helpful. They fit me in their schedule and sent someone to my home to take care of everything. I’m very happy with the outcome and would recommend Bathfitter to anyone who wants to refresh their bathroom.
