I honestly had reservations about continuing with Bayview Animal Hospital until I was introduced to the new Hospital Manager Donna. She immediately outlined a commitment to a new culture as well as to optimal care and client relations. I was very much taken by her sincerity and decided to trust Roxie's care with them. We brought our 14 year old Yorkie, Buddy in for his final visit. His health was failing fast. The staff was absolutely amazing. They treated all of us so gently. We had the gift of having our Buddy pass away in my arms (his favorite place), with my husband gently petting him. This was all done in the "comfort" room, not a sterile dr's room. The staff made a very difficult and emotional day so much better. We cannot recommend Bayview more highly.
I was referred to Bayview Animal Hospital by friends. I brought my 10 wk old puppy Rio in on 3/14/22. The staff were welcoming and wonderful from the receptionist, to the doctor. The place was immaculate. They truly love their patients and it shows. I look forward to Rio’ s next appt in 2 weeks.
