Very Pleased with the knowledge and service provided. Would recommend them to anyone with flooring needs. Our need was around replacing a bad area of vinyl flooring - most places we contacted would not tackle it since someone else installed. We are thankful and happy Beam's was able to work on this and did a fantastic job. They also shared a lot of helpful information about general care and maintenance for the floor.
The sales person did not know what she was talking about. Belittled hardwood floors, and other businesses. We stopped in there yesterday and she said that I would not be able to match the tongue and groove with ANY store . She said that they change the tongue and groove on all stores. I knew she WAS WRONG. We went to Carpet and Tile and found exactly what we wanted, what I had asked her for. She also said that this area WAS bad for hardwood floors that they will warp. What a great experience! From beginning with the choice of carpet ( with professional guidance and tips for style) to installation, this has been a fantastic company to work with! The installers went above and beyond in everything from befriending my 2 large dogs, to assisting with other carpet issues. I can't recommend this company enough! Great Value and Product!!
was at the store and the lady there was rude and would not give a straight answer to our questions. was told that you could not put a vinyl flooring over hardwood floors. we were told by other people that you can put vinyl flooring over hardwood floors.
Never been in your store. My review is on your American Flag. Flying that flag in that condition is so disrespectful!! You should be ashamed!!!!
