Verified Renter I have lived at Bell Cherry Hills for over 4 years, and have been very pleased with the apartments and the leasing staff. Even in the midst of the pandemic, they have been responsive and supportive. I cant think of another place Id rather live.

Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here for three years. It is safe, management is responsive, and until the pandemic hit the grounds and public areas were well maintained. There was a lot of effort put into creating community.

Verified Renter Apt is very nice but nothing else is the manager is very very nice and does listen to my concerns but will not give me reason for only opening only partially opening amenities witch I pay for just like management I'm sure nothing will come of this
