Verified Renter Bell Meadowmont is truly a gem in the Chapel Hill residential pool. We love living here on the beautifully landscaped grounds within walking distance to shops, grocery, dining, parks, and schools. Our apartment is stunning and our neighbors are a delight. You’ll be in the best of hands with Adrienne, Paige, and Hannah who work everyday to make Bell Meadowmont not just an apartment home but a community.

Verified Renter The community and the teams are good the amenities too. The only issue is the apartment : the quality of the Ac, the windows and the insulation are average. We still have bugs in our apartment. I hate carpet in the bedroom. It is hard to maintain, there are insects inside.
