I find the overall facilities and ground clean and well kept. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. It’s always a balance between residence and staff to have a great experience. It would be great if they added a rowing machine to the gym to add variety.
Completely poorly managed condominium. The attendants at the reception are incompetent. We recently moved and saw the condominium full of holes, loose doors, broken light bulbs... It's not our fault if the attendants didn't have a better opportunity in their lives, they didn't have education and became attendants. At least they might have the knowledge or experience to solve something. Them or a dog, the dog would be more competent.
Bell's management is so flawed that people come and go from anywhere here every day in the complex. I've been robbed 4 times! They cut the screen, went in and stole it. When I call there, they say they are friends with the locals. They come and go drunk, making fun, without family. And even when we tried to call to complain they said not to call because we are bothering them. Disgraceful management!!

All PAID reviews that are over 3 stars, my daughter gave an honest review about our experience with a maintenance guy Spence and all of a sudden they have random people giving Spence 5 star, this man begged me multiple times to leave a 5 star review for him, why would I if you’re not deserving of it? This place tried to send us to collections for a made up issue that they couldn’t even provide proof of and of course the credit bureaus worked in our favor or we definitely would have sued Bell Parkland.
