Verified Renter Bell Watertown is a lovely, quiet community nestled within a busier area. Easy access to nearby grocers, services, shopping, and commuting routes make it a great option. The dog park is great! The community here is friendly and considerate. To be fair, the buildings’ construction lets a bit of noise through if you’re sensitive to that, but the same can be true of any multi-unit building or apartment complex. Verified Renter Lovely complex to live at going on my 5th year & I intend to call my home for along time to come. Great location with a private community feel! Only negative is the landscape at the 200 Building entrance has been ignored for way too long & needs to be improved to make it more attractive & welcoming (as is the 300 Building Entrance)!
