What an amazing property and staff! Our team visited the property and had the pleasure of speaking with Odays in the leasing office, who was such a great person and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this community - 5 Star Service!!
WARNING: Do not be fooled by appearances, this place is a nightmare. The roach problem is out of control, and communication with the office is nearly impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone numbers don’t work, and getting a response is like pulling teeth. But they are quick to charge you and give out lease violations without warning. There was a tragic shooting that took place here where two children lost their lives in broad daylight, and although they claim to have hired security, no one ever shows up. I just came back from visiting my daughter who lives here, and I have to say the new management is amazing! Especially the new property manager, Sara she truly makes this community feel like a home away from home. The property looks so much cleaner and more welcoming. It gives me peace of mind knowing my daughter is in such good hands.
Misleading information and false advertising. The prices listed on their website did not match what was given in the office. When I showed them the price that was clearly posted online—not just for one unit but for five different 1 bedroom/1 bath units—they claimed it wasn’t accurate. Even the price they emailed me for my tour didn’t match what they told me in person. Very disappointing and misleading.
The staff is amazing here at Bellwood. The office staff goes above and beyond and so does maintenance. I appreciate the effort they put in getting my paperwork together for move in.
