Best Buy did our backsplash and it turned out great! Everyone (from the people in the store, the person who came to our home to measure, and the installers) was wonderful! I would definitely recommend Best Buy.
We had a basement flood this spring and had used Best Buy originally for carpet and granite in our basement. The staff even 6 years later was still wonderful to deal with and concerned about helping us restore our basement back to its original condition. They were also very helpful in providing quick receipts and quotes that I could forward to the insurance company. Great owners, sales and operations personnel - everyone we worked with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Lydia, Andy, Jamin, Herb, Jose and the counter installers treated us with respect and helped direct us to the counters we wanted. Installation was done in one day and looks great. Will send everyone who is interested in granite to Besy Buy Carpets and Granite.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent and highly recommend. They have been amazing every step of the renovations and I only wish I had met them sooner in the process.
I needed a granite remnant fabricated for a piece of furniture. Best Buy Carpet & Granite treated me great: good design suggestions, great pricing, very helpful. I'll use them if I need a bigger job done too. They beat the competition in service, selection and price!

Best Buy has a great selection and good prices. They are punctual and get the job done quickly. Be prepared to touch up your wallboard after the job though. I was aware that some touch ups would have to be done, but the area's that needed to be touched up were bigger than I thought they would be.
