I needed affordable carpet for my condo before I moved. Susie helped me sort through the best options and went over every aspect of the process. Even with the oversight of one of the installers removing the base trim downstairs- The situation was immediately taken seriously! Susie not only addressed my concern with professional accountability, she found a better replacement to repair where the previous trim had been. I could be happier!

worst flooring company ever! I spent almost 4 thousand dollars with this company. the first crew showed up 5 hours late at 2 pm and left at 7 pm only to show up late again the next day. they didn't have a clue how to install the carpet. threw them out. the next crew did a horrible job on the carpet seams and trim. do not use this company. their installers are complete idiots! the salesman likes to talk out of both sides of his mouth saying awful work is normal. horrible company. go somewhere else and save yourself the aggra... read more

I would never recommend this place. They are very rude when you acknowledge how they destroyed the paint on my walls. They said that they are not responsible for any damages because it states it on the bottom of their receipt. They also tried to blame me saying that the damages were already there. This room was freshly painted 4 days before the carpet was laid. Do not become a victim like I was unless you want to have to repaint and repair your entire room.
