You will not regret going to Best Carpet for a new floor. I was told about this store from someone I work with. I was very impressed with how our salesman, Sam , answered all our questions and made the shopping for our family room floor a fun experience. Sam came and measured which was good cause my husband guessed wrong on the size. We were surprised when the cost was below our expectations. My mom recently bought a floor from Best carpet and they did an amazing job ! They treated us so well when in the store. We worked with Sam and Shawn. We got such a good price compared to other stores who quoted us. And the installers were very good. We love our floor. The previous review surprised us so we called Best to ask about it and they explained that he caused damage in the store and was charged with the damage. Sam and his crews have installed carpet in 3 homes for me now. They do a great job, have great prices and do what they say they will do! What more can you ask for??? I would not even think of going to anyone else! Thanks Best Carpet!!!!

After looking and comparing prices I stopped in at Best Carpet they were able to give me sq yard price w/padding. They came and measured and installed within 3 weeks. Very happy with the price, installation and product. I,ve purchased a lot of carpeting in my lifetime. They are definitely the best...very easy to work with and no surprises.

Repeat Customer – We have been dealing with Best Carpets and Sam the salesman for years. Between our church, my home and another person at our church with rental property we have never had any problems and been very satisfied with the work and the prices. That's why we keep coming back to them. We have had carpet, tile, hardwood floor and linoleum done by them and all have been installed by excellent workman. Not good – Sam, my salesperson was very personable and helpful. However, as soon as my order was placed that's when the customer service ended. I received a call that my carpet was in and ready for installation. I set up an appointment about 2 weeks out. On the day of my scheduled appointment the installers show up an hour late only to tell my that my carpet is not in, and is supposedly stuck on some truck in Illinois. I don't know what the phone call was for 2 weeks prior telling me that my carpet was "in". This was no litt... read more
