Excellent dentist. Yesterday was my first visit with Dr Thomas and her staff. They were awesome. I felt comfortable and well cared for. They were so nice that going to the dentist was an enjoyable experience. Dr Thomas had come highly recommended and I now highly agree. I feel like choosing her was a very good choice. No one goes to the dentist because it is a fun thing to do, and most dread it or are even fearful. Don’t worry you will feel comfortable and well taken care of with her and her awesome staff.

This office was great to me. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Dr Thomas takes her time to explain . I definitely am going to stay.

I was very impressed with my visit to Dr Thomas and her staff. After X-rays we’re taken and she reviewed them then she explained all that was going on with my teeth. Some it I had no idea what was happening but so glad she saw it on the X-rays . This is the most thorough dental visit I have ever had. The staff and the assistant that was doing my X-rays was wonderful . I never felt rushed. . Thank you Dr Thomas for seeing me . Hopefully I can get everything fixed and be able to chew again

Several years ago Dr. Bethany was recommended by our cabin management when I had an issue. She explained everything and repaired an issue that MI dentist didn’t. We visit Pigeon Forge several times a year and schedule a dentist appointment with Dr Thomas before we arrive. The staff is very friendly and professional. I especially like that they take time so I don’t feel rushed. I like that she has all the current technology.

I was greeted by name when I arrived and taken under the care of the hygienist at the appointed time. For the first time in years, I had cavities. Dr. Thomas kept me informed of the steps she was performing during the procedure. She even provided a break when she sensed I needed it. She and her staff are very caring.

Dr. Thomas and her staff are very friendly and dedicated to giving the best service possible. I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas for several years and have never had a complaint. Even though I have moved to another city that is a two hour round trip drive for me I will continue to see Dr. Thomas. She believes in doing whatever it takes to make your visit an incredible experience.
