Recently bought a 2019 Forester. The staff is friendly and professional. Recently they installed the towing hitch and did a great job. I was able to quickly get scheduled and they finished in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Beyer Subaru.

Beyer Subaru awesome sales experience
Buying was done mostly by email text and only went in to finalize the paperwork. Extremely competent and friendly salesman (Jay rocks). Only issue is the somewhat hard upsell at the end. Facilities still under construction but don’t let that deter you. First time Subaru buy!

Excellent Experience
I recently bought a new Subaru here and was very pleased with the Service. It was professional, honest, and efficient. Not too high pressure. Adam was my sales associate and he was very personable and professional. The whole operation was customer-oriented from start to finish and quite pleasant.

My husband took my 8 month old Ascent in for service. The appointment setting process was a breeze; all electronic. The reminders were many (almost too many). And then they were ready when he arrived and had hot coffee for the wait. As always, everyone was friendly; our original sales person took the time to come chat. That never happens at other dealerships.
And then, when they found they needed to do a repair for which they didn’t have the part, they sent the husband home in a Uber. And then sent one to get him the following day - at his convenience! When he returned, he was handed he keys to a very CLEAN SUV, a nice perk.
All in all, we definitely will be back when we next buy a car!
