The entire team at Big Bear Flooring is so helpful. They answered all of our questions, helped us pick out a great carpet color for our new house, and they set up install immediately. The team that came out did our entire space in less than 1 day. They were professional, and very mindful of our house as we were moving. I can’t recommend Ashley, Riley, and the team more! Reasonably priced, lots of selections, and perfect install. We are very pleased.
There are not enough good words for our experience with Big Bear! We had come into an issue on install day with colors not matching and Ashley was quick on her feet to find a solution. They went above and beyond for our job! Will definitely be coming back with our next flooring job!
Absolutely perfect. Very good quality work! Very thorough and responsive! I have had a lot of flooring done, this is by far the best. Responds to questions. willing to go the extra mile when issues arise. For example, the subfloor and floor joist next to the sliding glass door were rotted. They were willing to replace the subfloor. They did an excellent job on our flooring. I would definitely work with Big Bear Flooring again. The team of guys that worked on the flooring were very professional and got the job done fairly quickly even when there were some unforeseen problems they ran into during installation.
