I recently used Big Bob's Carpet in Latonia, Kentucky to complete two different carpeting projects. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone looking to get new flooring. It’s a long story, but we hired them to do laminate flooring in the hallway, living room, and dining room of our bilevel house (not a large area). When we decided on the particular flooring, they told us that they had enough of that one in stock (which turned out to be a lie) and we could schedule it ASAP. I will never use big Bob's carpeting again they have installed my carpeting and my kitchen flooring they both are bad jobs I've called repeatedly to have those issues fixed and they have never been fixed they keep saying they'll send somebody out and they don't the sad part been two years
We had a nightmarish experience with Big Bobs. We ordered a vinyl floor to be installed in our new home. They sent a bunch of low level workers who showed up when the job was supposed to be done already (movers were coming) and worked until 3AM in the morning and boy did it show. I recently had my whole carpeted and everything seemed to be going smooth. The guys were really nice only problem I initially had is that one of them smoked and left a butted cigarette on a ledge in my living room. Once they were gone I later found that they had broken my bed frame, scratched up my new paint job and left something underneath the carpet.
